Dobrý den, nejprve bychom chtěli pogratulovat k úspěšnému prvnímu kroku, kterým bylo navrácení zákona o dětských skupinách zpět do poslanecké sněmovny. Věříte, že je nyní vše již na dobré cestě?
Rozhodnutí Senátu o nutnosti pozměnit zákon považujeme za klíčový krok správným směrem. Teď je třeba neusnout na vavřínech, protože ještě není vyhráno a nyní máme před sebou zářiové jednání Sněmovny. To výsledně rozhodne, jaká podoba zákona bude schválena.
Budete podnikat další kroky ve snaze přesvědčit o nutnosti změnit zákon i poslance?
Vzhledem k riziku, jaké návrh zákona obsahoval, to považuji za nezbytné. Teprve až zákon ve znění pozměňovacího návrhu přijme prezident, budeme moci být v klidu.
Vaši petici podepsalo již takřka 13 000 lidí, čekala jste takovou podporu?
Upřímně řečeno nečekala a to hlavně proto, že jsme ji vyhlásili druhý prázdninový týden a měli jsme do jejího odevzdání Senátu tři týdny.Díky tomu, že měla petice elektronickou podobu a bylo možné ji snadno založit a sdílet, mohli jsme ji rychle šířit.
Potěšilo Vás, když jste viděla, kolika lidem na lesních školkách záleží a četla si jejich povzbudivé komentáře pod peticí?
Podpory široké veřejnosti si nesmírně vážím a vnímala jsem to jako velmi důležitou posilu pro další osobní jednání se senátory. V komentářích se například objevila podpora pediatrů a dalších odborníků, s nimiž díky tomuto propojení můžeme dále spolupracovat.
Myslíte si, že petice přispěla k zamítavému postoji senátu? Jak se na ni senátoři tvářili?
Přímo v Senátu byla petice pravidelně zmiňována. Během jednání bylo jasné, že problém potvrzený tolika podpisy je natolik závažný, že jej senátoři nemohou jen tak přehlédnout. Přitom ještě v zimě během jednání s předkladateli zákona na jednání zaznělo, že ohrožení lesních školek je jim „líto“, ale nedá se nic dělat. A ukázalo se, že změna možná je.
Budete se snažit využít tento nezanedbatelný počet lidí také k přesvědčení poslanců?
V nejbližších dnech plánujeme vytvořit novou elektronickou petici určenou poslancům, jejímž cílem bude prosazení pozměňovacího návrhu zákona. A bude velmi důležité, aby všichni, kdo svůj názor v červencové petici vyjádřili, opět posílili naši vyjednávací pozici podpisem nové petice – pro jednoduchost bude mít stejný link, jako ta původní, tedy www.e-petice.cz/lesniskolky.cz.
